I'm rewriting Scourge of the Island, one of my first ever fan fics, since looking back on it now, it's... slightly embarrassing.
Basically, for those who missed it, it's about a now older and slightly depressed Conker going back to Timber's Island (you know, from Diddy Kong Racing) because someone is messing stuff up there. And this time it's less cliché and a lot of things I find silly looking back at it are changed or completely removed. And I'm getting some help from my boyfriend this time. He's awesome and I love him. :3
Anyway, Conker and Pipsy, both older now, because I ship them. Pipsy barely changed, which is a strong contrast to Conker, who resorted to drinking to forget all his sorrows. She brings some of that lost childhood innocence back into him which is a theme I find pretty endearing. I don't know how it's gonna work out, but it is. :U ...Sorry, but I found that recently I don't ship Conker x Berri at all anymore. :c
