Two Worlds

Laat je leiden door je goed vertrouwen

I drew this in between commissions and I'm rather happy with how it came out. Used a few new techniques, most notably on Diddy Kong's fur and clothes, and the leaves he's perching on.

Basically, I drew this wondering how Diddy or any other Kong for that matter must've felt seeing Crocodile Island for the first time. Such an ominous lump of darkness on the horizon would enthrall any monkey! It is in my opinion definitely one of the most accurate yet literal instances of 'two worlds' - the Kongs and the Kremlings, seperated by only a sea. Such a shame they're not on good terms with one another.

I like drawing these digitally painted things as some sort of tribute to my favourite game franchise of all time.
